People are always asking me what the easiest yoga pose to do is when you need a "quick fix" to instantly feel better when life has you stressed out. My go-to pose is the Triangle pose because it is so simple and discrete that you can do it anywhere - and people won't even realize you're doing yoga. You can even do it in the aisle at the grocery store, and people will just think you're reaching for that box of cereal on the high shelf. Memorize this pose and visit it when you just need a boost or pick-me-up during the course of your daily routine. Here it goes:, the easiest yoga pose ever
1. Stand with your feet apart, slightly wider than hip-width. Then turn right toes out and left toes inward at a 45-degree angle. Make sure to keep both of your legs straight as your hinge at your hips toward the right leg. Finally, draw your torso as far to the right as possible while still maintaining length through your spine.
2. Place right hand above or below your knee (whichever feels more comfortable). Extend your left arm directly above your shoulder. Spin your right hip forward while your left hip goes back.
3. Gaze toward the floor to stretch your neck and the pose for 10 deep breaths each side.
