Are you always looking for something refreshing after a workout, but hate to pile on calories after so much hard work? Follow the rainbow to these delicious Power Smoothie Striped Popsicles (we promise, you’ll love these!) What you’ll need:

  • A popsicle mold
  • A half cup of the following (choose to mix and match ONLY 6) to make 6 beautiful layers:
  • yogurt, thinned with milk
  • pomegranate juice
  • coconut water or coconut milk
  • tomato juice
  • spinach, kale, or wheat grass juice
  • pineapple juice
  • celery juice
  • mashed banana
  • orange juice or grapefruit juice
  • chia seeds
  • wheat germ
  • flax seeds

After prepping ingredients, pour the first layer into your popsicle mold and let it sit until partially frozen (at least a half hour). Next, apply a second layer and follow this pattern until all your layers are done. Make some layers thicker than others. You might want to make a large batch all at once since the process is a little time-consuming. Keep stored in freezer until you need a sweet, all-natural treat that’s filled with vitamins and antioxidants after a workout!
